Hey Dilli!! How are you hun?? Sounds like you could do with a couple of days 'you' time to re-energise. You always have so many exciting and wonderful plans I don't know how you keep going - make sure you don't burn yourself out.
Arrrg Elly - love your poem but also hate it for reminding of how little is left of this year lol!I can't believe how quickly this year has gone
On a plus note, I collected my first lot of 30 books back in today and had 3 orders totaling about £120 yay!!! and I know of a couple more peeps who have said they want to order, and I still have 160 more houses to canvas...though not sure I have time to get round them all this time!! woohoo!!Life is a work in progress0 -
Yay Nixi. thats a fantastic start!
Dilli and Elly loved both your posts!

Hey, Hey,
Elly - well done on the recycling
Skint - your inspiring me to get active I have spent way to much time sitting on my patootie and I need to do something a bit more invigorating than making pretty things.
Nixi - good on the books!
Feeling loads brighter today! Still a bit introspective - but I don't think introspection is a bad thing. But, my moany moment has passedI am just glad that I have the thinking time to sort my head through.
The good thing is that Today is my Friday as I am off for the rest of the week and I have a week off from December 13th. (Feeling pretty good about that :j).
Don't worry Nixi I won't be burning myself out at all, I think that I the one thing I have learnt this year is that I don't have to feel bad about relaxing and taking some me time. I've got a big, fat, juicy lie in tomorrow - so I am looking forward to that. Also I am following Paulo Coelho, and I've read a lot of wise words and that has given me a better perspective. If you want to follow him his facebook page is here http://www.facebook.com/?ref=logo#!/paulocoelho
I am feeling better about what I have done this year, by a country mile. I feel like I have really suprised myself so that is a really nice feeling to have. I guess we are always hard on ourselves, and we don't see ourselves the way that the world views us.
Other than that good and my nice project treat for myself is that I am doing a field of dreams postcard - I stumbled on a blog called and basically your write down you dreams for the future. It is like a positive thinking/ affirmation/ cosmic ordering thingy you can read more on it here http://fieldofdreamsproject.tumblr.com/ so I am going to put a stamp on it and send it out into the universe.

Yay Dilli - you sound really positive
How was it Elly? Something I m very tempted to try it....are you going back????
grrrr - yesterday my tumble dryer packed up...thankfully under warranty, but then today put £100 credit on my dads electric meter key and it hasn't been recognised on the meter - and struggling for British Gas to even find my dads details, then this evening put food in the oven to cook, went back to check on it to discover my 2 year old Smeg oven had stopped working - it is as if their is now power supply, even though the power is fine. Only had a 1 year warranty, so a bit scared what it might be and cost ....... hoping thats my 3 thingson a plus side I distributed my Avon books back out

Nixi I hope that that is all of the bad luck finished with now.
Elly did you enjoy Zumba. There are no classes round here so what a shame I can't go.lol
Am feeling better this week so slowly catching up with everyhing that needs doing.
Does supporting DH with his music etc count towards my challenge. It means I have less time off for me when he is out at gigs and practices so I see it as a joint venture as he couldn't do otherwise. If so then we have another £150 this month.
