Hi Elly! You sound very organised, I haven't stopped to think about christmas yet - though have a sneaky feeling quite a few people might be getting things from Avon
lol!
Really proud of myself as I just asked our school secretary (she runs our swimming club lessons too!) if I could put an Avon book in the school staff room and she said 'yes!' woohoo! She is a lovely lady so not sure why I was nervous...but I nearly didn't....madness!!
Thanks Jo! x
Skint - my thoughts exactly - I basically have decided that I can't really make any assumptions about Avon till Spring .... my aim then is to become a Sales Leader and, if I enjoy it and get on ok, start recruiting reps!!!
Think my word for next week will be PRODUCTIVE - as it is something I desperately need to be! to fit everything in!!

Morning,
Loving everybody’s words J I have done a lot of liking this morning since I can’t seem to string a sentence together this morning.
Have completed a few little bits but I am making a jobs matrix in excel of all the things that I need to cross of my to do list so that I can COMPLETE.
If I am really honest , I feel really tired – not burnt out or anything , just tired. I wouldn’t say that I have lost my enthusiasm. But, I feel like a hamster on a wheel, who’s been given Red Bull. I know that I have made some brilliant foundations for the future. But, I guess there is a part of me that feels really frustrated that I have not achieved more somehow. But, then I feel guilty for not being happy with what I have achieved.
Ahhhhh I am sure I will be fine – just been feeling a bit carp. But, it will all come out in the wash as they say J
My other word for the week other than COMPLETE is STRATEGISE.
