Scoff away to your hearts content but always keep any letters etc for a while to take out at Christmas etc to show all your friends how they go on.Once again folks many thanks for repies, further letters will be binned accordingly, threats will be scoffed at :beer:I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0 -
As you can see from my OP last August, this situation is still on-going, I never sent ML template letter to be had on this site, I have also ignored any further Athena correspondence.
I'm now sitting with my second and FINAL DEMAND letter from "Legal Recoveries & Collections Ltd" http://www.legalrecoveries.com/index.asp with threats of court proceedings, mentioning Decree's, difficult for me to obtain credit ect.
I am absolutely RAGING that there are companies aloud to try to gain money by fraudulant means. Mrs W is still panicking, as for me, I want them, I want to stick a red hot welding rod somewhere where the sun don't shine.
Thats the latest heads up and rant over n :beer:0 -
Tell your wife they won't go anywhere near a court, they can't affect your credit rating or send the boys around without going to the small claims, they win and you refuse to pay the judgement, you got more chance of winning the lottery jackpot than that happening !
Just keep your money and screw them
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0 -
The best payback is to do what Peter says- spread the word that PPC 'fines' are legally unenforeceable and can be safely ignored. That way you will bring about the timely demise of these outfits and have the satisfaction of getting revenge.Still waiting for Parking Eye to send the court summons! Make my day!0

I am really tempted to email LR&C the link to this thread, then again, they probably check this site and this particular section anyway.
LR&C, can you see this> V <

There is now of course a consequential loss.... as neither I nor any member of my family will ever shop at Lidl again. (Maybe they can invoice me for that loss?)0

If the letters are franked, dont bin em, re-post them back to yourself, they get charged each time and you can "fine" them...Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0
