Back to the OP's question - complain to head office as you're entitled to the Sat Nav back as you only agreed to repair/replacement and not refund. If that doesn't work then by all means pursue via Small Claims. But it may just be easier (less hassle) to settle for the refund, purchase from elsewhere (it would seem similar cost) and avoid Currys in the future. Unless you consider it absolutely worth pursuing based on principle.0
