O2 Blackberry Hero Single 1000 deal discrepancy

Hi all,
We have ordered 2 off the Blackberry Hero tarriff deals; however, the details of the tarriffs differed online against what they were offering over the phone. The website states 0p/min for O2 to O2 calls and the data usage was for 500mb. However, the gentleman over the phone from O2 kept insisting that the deal we are seeing on the website is not what they are offering. He continually led us to a previous tarrif that had most options the same but gave 750mb data usage and NO free O2 to O2 calls. We therefore purchased the deal for the Hero Single 1000 online and not the one we were being led to on the site by him. Based on the information provided in the "View Details" link of the offer, does this constitute a legally binding contract and if so, what are our rights?

If you can prove the information on the screen that you agreed to. Check all paperwork
and emails for the smallprint.
Sometimes they do offer better deals online, Maybe a promotion or stock they want to shift quickly.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -

Thanks for the response, I do have the specific screenshots of the deal and the associated urls too. The gentleman on the phone said the tarriff had a mistake, even though it was actually advertised as a different tarriff than the one he insisted we take.0
