Sorry, this is going to be a long one...
When I turn 21 (17 days to go), I finally get my hands on the money my family have been saving for me since before I was born. It adds up to about £5000. I've decided that I'm going to spend part of that money on paying off my credit cards. I've done nothing but think about this for weeks and I've decided it's the right thing to do. I didn't want to at first because it felt like I shouldn't be using money my family put away for me to get out of a mess that I got myself into. It just felt like a cop-out at first. But that money was saved so I can have a happy life, not to sit in the bank and look pretty while I struggle. Tbh, I don't entirely have a choice. If I don't use that money, I'm going to hit debt crisis. My family either don't know about my debts or don't know the numbers so I'll have to start completely managing the ISA the money's in myself but it's worth it to be free of this noose that's been around my neck for so long now. I also think it might be the key to beating my depression. So this is it, one month from now, I should be CC free. :j I'll still have the overdraft but that's at 0% until June and I'm sure with the lessons I've learnt here, I can save enough money to clear it by then. I'll still stick around here (if you'll have me). You're all wonderful people and I love you all dearly. I don't think I could leave even if I wanted to.
Ok, lovefest over.
I'd best go get some breakfast then get a shower. Talk soon, everyone.

When you linked it, did it ask you to log into facebook? Actually I saw on your FB that you did as it came up. Have you put your 4 mile walk in under training?I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....
