House is filthy, cobwebs, dirt, bin full of stuff in the kitchen, doors and frames grubby and all the walls are marked and need re-painting. I shall be writing a letter to letting agent and copying it to the landlord as im sure she has no idea and has probably been charged for the priviledge!

She is no bother at all, took her about a day to settle and now she runs up to me for a stroke and is already found her favorite spots in the house.
I will take some photos tomorrow.
