should i say something
got an iphone 4 a couple of weeks ago in an upgrade. i paid £93 for it inc p&p and £40 a month.
was supposed to have my normal phone bill of £63 taken last week. i phoned them in all honesty to ask why they hadnt taken the dd which should have come out last week.
after checking with a supervisor, she said my account was in credit by £30 so theyre not taking a payment this month and next months bill will be £30 less so in effect ive upgraded and not actually paid anything for the phone

I'd say something now; you've got the funds so get it corrected now as in 6 months time when they realise their mistake you may find you're short of cash.In the beginning, the universe was created. This made a lot of people very angry and was widely regarded as a bad move. The late, great, Douglas Adams.0

well i asked them but she double checked with a supervisor and said it was right0

Fair enough - make sure you have a record of:
The name of the person you spoke to
The name of their supervisor
The date and time of the call
The number that you called them from
All these will help if they later decide you owe them the money, as it will enable them to trace the recorded telephone call and confirm you were told you did not owe them anything. In the beginning, the universe was created. oooh thanks ill do that. i was basically calling them in the first place because they hadnt taken the dd and i didnt want to spend the money but when im checking my internet log in then it also says on there that my account is overpaid0
