I got mine on friday and had the same problem - I posted on the fitflop facebook page (geek!) and got a reply (apparently from Marcia Kilgore who owns Fitflop!) saying that this was probably due to my high instep and to put on slippy socks (I went for tights) and really yank them on using the loops. As promised, after doing this once they are definitely easier to get on and by the end of the week I think they'll be perfect! They are sooooo comfy, very glad I didn't send them back. Hope this helps someone.

if you still have them put plastic bags on your feet to help get them on then wear in the house to break them in

Thanks very much! They've been quick to get stock. I checked the link to maybe change my order to them, but they don't have the black, unfortunately. Looks like I'll be waiting for a while longer then.

Yeah :j and they look amazing. I am gutted to say that in recent times my drawers full of stockings have had more use to wedge shoes on that for any other purpose lol

I am still undecided whether to keep them though as although they are comfy on I think the reinforced section at the heel will collapse over time (way before the natural end of the boots) which will mean they are unwearable. They are pretty expensive to only be able to wear them for a few months.

I don't know though, what do you think?

What size of feet do you have? I have a pair of size 5 chocolate brown ones that are lovely but I may not be keeping.
