Well, I finally got my superboots and they don't flipping well fit grrrrr. I have wide feet and a high instep and can't even get my feet into them. Gutted!
Sorry but...my boots came today and they are gorgeous! I know what you mean though as mine were a bit of a mare to get on and I have small and narrow feet and it still took a fair amount of tugging. Once on though they are fab and I love them so much already!
Would the next size up be any better for you do you think?????0 -
I don't think so. I dumped them upstairs after trying them on but will try again and see if I can get them on but think they will have to go back. They are lovely though...If you always do what you have always done, you will always get what you always got!0

I had to really tug on my right hand boot and used the little pull up leather thing at the back; was seriously worried that I would pull it off but it worked in the end. No way was I sending them back; they're far too nice and all my other shoes are cheapies!0

I've been looking at these Skechers ones, http://www.office.co.uk/womens/skechers/tone_ups_chalet/10/9450/24825/1/ as I've been wearing Skechers tone ups all summer and they're like walking on air, I managed 10 hours at Legoland and my feet didn't ache at all!
Only thing is there appears to be a 'tone ups' label on the back... does anyone know if this is removeable? it's very ugly!0 -
Does anyone know if John Lewis have these in yet? I really want to try them on before ordering as Im a 6 in the sandals but a 5 in my inuk boots.Everything Happens for a Reason....0

ME TOO! I talked hubby into treating me to a pair for my birthday after spending the summer in fitflops and can't get the things on! I'm very gutted I won't be able to wear them, a) they're gorgeous b) my bum needs them all winter and c) it's going to cost me about a tenner to post them back as they're so heavy
Worst thing is I'm an 8 so I can't even try on a bigger size

Where did you get yours from? Mine have been on pre-order for ages, but there's still no sign of them coming into stock - I think it says October. I ordered mine on the morning of the first day they were advertised.0 -
I got mine on friday and had the same problem - I posted on the fitflop facebook page (geek!) and got a reply (apparently from Marcia Kilgore who owns Fitflop!) saying that this was probably due to my high instep and to put on slippy socks (I went for tights) and really yank them on using the loops. As promised, after doing this once they are definitely easier to get on and by the end of the week I think they'll be perfect! They are sooooo comfy, very glad I didn't send them back. Hope this helps someone.Well, I finally got my superboots and they don't flipping well fit grrrrr. I have wide feet and a high instep and can't even get my feet into them. I will give that a try as they are still lying in disgrace on the bedroom floor as I haven't got round to looking at how to return them. I didn't want to send them back distorted and even if I get them on I might not get them off again! I will try with shiny socks and vaseline lolIf you always do what you have always done, you will always get what you always got!0

def the case; the first time I was yanking away at the loops to the extent that I seriously thought that I would break them but now they go on a lot easier and with minimal tugging. Although...I did injure my ankle hill walking at the weekend at now my foot is too swollen so I can't get them on again! Bummer0
