what is the cheapest Sky subscription for HD channels?

Friend currently paying £20 per month for Sky + how much more will he have to pay to get the equivalent HD channels?

He has no sports or movie channels and doesn't want them

The HD Pack is £10 extra and will give him any HD versions of the channels he already subscribes to. He obviously also needs an HD box which will only usually be substidised if he takes the HD pack for a minimum of 12 months.

I had a look on Sky.com myself, why my friend couldn't have looked for himself I don't know?

I am getting fed up of this

"Oh! you are so good with computers and the internet find this out for me" from all my old drunken cronies, I'll either have to stop drinking or give up the internet

Tell him to pick up the phone and call them! or doesn't he know how to use one of those either? :)

He may be paying £10 per month to keep the sky+ services going and another £10 for the HD upgrade? In which case he would do well to look into getting a freeview hd pvr box.

You do not have to pay for plus if you have a subscription with them, only if you go freeview
