have i been accepted by t-mobile?

yesterday tea time i applied for a t-mobile contract phone, just a £15 month as thats all i use on my paygo anyhow

so i got a confirmation email thank you for your order blah blah blah, we will email you when its been dispatched

also got a pin in another email at same time to sign up to tmobile account online

but have heard nothing since then, so im wondering now if that email wasnt acceptance after all, even though the T&C's link in email says contract begins when enail is sent confirming order

im confused now as normally i would of expected a dispatch email by now

I got 2 emails when I ordered my phone online with T-Mobile, first one was "Thank You for your Order" and the second one (which I received almost straight away) was "Welcome to T-Mobile".

Why not give them a call, they'll be able to tell you whats what.

Try logging in to the T-mobile website. It should have details of your phone and contract.

done it a few times but it just says the order is still being processed so i guess they are going to knock me back

well still nothing so i guess its a definate no, although it would be nice if they had just emailed to say so
