No they don't write back - but after 4 months you can write (to a different address.....) and find out if it's been processed....

thanks pauline, i was never arrested just got the court summons because of the percentage i was doing over the limit, when i spoke to the police they said i did not have a criminal conviction! the people on the £1.20 a min helpline were anything but helpful!!
