OK, I see what you mean Jem16, as you can see, I'm new to the forum, and was trying to be helpful, not only to Heinz, but to any others who read the forum and may not be aware of the 18185 service.0

I have 1571 on sky and what I don't like about it is that I can't see any indication on my phone when a msg has been left. At least, my answerphone tells me when I have a msg on my machine. Is there a way I can deactivate 1571?0
