Broadband fault - provider or line problem?

Hi,

Sorry I know Talktalk has been on these pages for ages now but I have a different question.

Had lots of trouble connecting to bb but I managed to get it working. It was all excellent for about two weeks but now I can only access certain websites - this is luckily one of them. I cannot upload any banking sites any search engines. Asda comes up but cannot do homeshopping and if there are more than 1 windows open my bb crashes. Would this be a problem with my provider or can it be any other fault? I have not changed any settings on my PC and the problems are the same if I use the laptop.
I have not been able to get through to Talktalk all weekend so I am stuck.

Is anyone else experiencing similiar problems? Anyone knows what could be the problem?

the broadband crashes? and this happens if you also up a new window on a different computer, like your laptop?

if you can access everything fine with your laptop instead of the PC - then its your PC

if neither can access everything, then its talktalk - which i wouldn't have signed up to

Knowing what I know now I wouldn't have signed up either, but unfortunately its too late for me. Hope others will be wiser and in the meantime I try to get my connection sorted and if I do not succeed then 1 less customer for Talktalk..........
