On the Website my order was showing/still shows as Status: PENDING & Total: £-10.00. However clicking on VIEW, it shows as Total £8.99 (for 120 cans).
I ordered 5 lots of Pepsi & 5 lots of Pepsi Max for a 2-4pm delivery. The driver rang to say he was running late & just turned up a little before 5pm.
However he only had 5 lots of Pepsi Max with him & my delivery note says that 5 x Pepsi is unavailable. And the breakdown on the delivery note shows as:
Pepsi Max (12x330ml) x 5 @ 3.59
+£17.95 Total Price
-£8.36 Savings (2 for £3)
+£9.59 Subtotal
+£3.99 Delivery Charge
+£13.58 Total Charged to Payment Card
Have just got off the phone to customer services to try & sort this out. I explained that I ordered 120 cans for £8.99 & I do not appreciate paying £13.58 for 60. I said that the delivery charge should be refunded as it was delivered late (bringing total of £5.00 for 120 cans) & seeing as I only received half my order, I should only be charged half of £5.00. She said she would get authorisation to refund me £11.08 so that I only end up paying £2.50 for 60 cans. Will have to keep an eye on my credit card statement to see if everything seems to be in order.0 -

Don't take too much notice of the amonut on the delivery note. There is a big notice at the bottom of the delivery note which says e-vouchers aren't applied and to check your account details for the amount charged to your card.
The final amount on the delivery note, based on what they deliver, is sent by the shops to head office where it is effectively added to the -£10 showing as a result of the e-voucher. There may be some delay in adding this amount to your account.0 -
Just checked my account online and definitely shows my order was completed at £8.99!You don't get medals for sitting in the trenches.0
