I ordered 10 x 12 packs (120 cans) for £15 (minus the ecode for £10).
But they were out of stock & delivered 10 x 6 packs, so I only got 60 cans.
The charge for these was £19.80
The invoice that the driver left does not include any discounts.
So he refunded me for 6 x 6 packs (£1.98) £11.88
I am totally confused is this OK0 -
Got a phone call stating they were out of diet and would substitute for pepsi max. They are both sugar free, so what is the difference then between them :S0

Asda's delivery shopping receipts are a bit confusing, in particular they don't take off the e-vouchers - essentially they're just generated by the shop. The e-voucher discount is then applied separately. You have to go to your account page to see what you've actually been charged.0 -
damn! only allowing 6 x 12 cansNo one said it was gonna be easy!0

My order is showing pending still and charge shows at -£10.00 but when i go into order it does show £8.99

I Love MAX, but wouldnt touch Diet.. I guess it can be the same the other way aswell.. So No, I wouldnt say they are both the same.
You know we should set up a swapping service here on MSE.. If everybody who got substitutes swapped everybody would be happy. :rotfl:0 -

ok lets see if this is right you ordered 120 cans for effectifly 8.99 once delivery has been added and £10 voucher has been taken off.
You were deliveried 60 cans of coke for 19.80+delivery
so take off the £10 voucher gives you a total of 13.80 so they then refund you £11.88
You pay less than £2 for 60 cans ??????
