Free voicemail on payg mobile tariffs

Could someone please update me as to what Mobile Companies still offer free calls to Voicemail in order to pick up messages, on their PAYG tariffs?
I've been a customer of T-Mobile for over 10 years, mainly because calls to Voicemail were free, but as from next month they have decided to unilaterally change my tariff so that I have to pay for these calls - as a result, I am no longer going to be a T-Mobile customer!

FREE voicemail is available on PAYG if you choose the TalkMobile PAYG Rewards tariff
Standard calls are 20p/min and 10p/text but you can choose a bonus reward each time you top up- a time limited bundle of either free minutes, texts or both. There was also a 50% top up bonus promotion running recently on the website, but this may have expired.
Avoid the essentials tariff (8p/min calls and 4p/texts) as this does not include free voicemail.
All the contract talk mobile deals (including £4.99/month with 50 mins and 50 texts and a free handset) also include free voicemail.
