Sex discrimination in Nightclubs

It's hardly discrimination, Way I see it is.
Fill the club with lots of girls, Males aren't gonna refuse to pay £15 entry to be in with a chance of getting some slag for night. O and pay a fortune for drinks.
So, it would be discriminatory to homosexuals? oh dear, solve one problem, than another pops up.0 -
Well your reply is abit stupid isn't it. As that is descrimating females, As your referring to male homosexuals. I am not sure why a homosexual would even go to a club thats not full of gays etc.
Come again? I'm really struggling with that sentence! And what are 'gays etc'? My mind boggles over what the 'etc' would be? Quiches? Sequins? Liza Minnelli?"Growth for growth's sake is the ideology of the cancer cell" - Edward Abbey.0 -
Some people go to clubs for a drink and a dance believe it or not - not to get off with other people. :cool:0

It was said in jest, but as you insist.
Making men pay whilst women don't is discrimination against males.
You got round this by saying the men get the extra benefit of more women for their entrance fee, implying it wasn't discrimination leading to men being worse off.
I said homosexual men don't get the benefits of extra women than heterosexual and bisexual men get, meaning they are still being discriminated against. Now because not all men are discriminated against based on your logic, its not longer gender discrimination, but discrimination based on sexual orientation.
Obvious you don't know and homosexuals, or you are just ignorant, either way, you seem like a retard if you don't think a homosexual male would enjoy a 'none gay' night club.0 -
Do they record names when you're going in? Since if they don't, I don't think they can use the 'private members club' defence (and I'm sure it doesn't always fly when it's clear they're admitting any members of the general public anyway).
You could try reporting it to your local council who will have the responsibility for licensing, otherwise you can get in touch with the Equalities and Human Rights Commission.0 -
Alternatively you could try chilling the f**k out.
If the club were to charge females as well then there would be less of them in the club, you would still be paying £15 though.
Oh, did you think that the club would offer free entry to males to balance things out? Dream on......0 -
now it would be intresting to see what would happen if you turned up at the club in drag wonder if they would make you pay ?
ann somers parties are discriminatory , along with ladies nights in cubs where they have the chippendales or similar .. i mean as a gay man i would love to see men strip for my pleaseure but then you could say strip clubs are discriminatory to females and gay people
i think i would not worry thought seriously there are more important things to worry about
