Mums N Bumps says on its website that it is a limited company. However company house has no record of them. Does the limited mean limited aftersales?0

I know what you are saying. For the sake of argument I will say there is no direct link. I am only aware that Kiddicare and mumsnbumps are hosted on the same phyisical server and have a similar design.0

Just make sure you've stated all the facts in your dispute, and make it clear that you want a refund.
You will then have to return the pushchair TRACKED at your own expense if (when) you win the dispute.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -
Glad you wrote that. I just thought why do I have to pay to return the item. The sale of goods act says that they should pay postage as the item is faulty. I will make sure I am NOT left out of pocket. Not a singel penny!0

ebay and paypal are a bit crap. If you sell anything with them you can arrange courier stuff. If you return something that is faulty you should have a similar tool. The cost should be bourne by the seller not the customer. If ebay themself find in favour of the customer they should build in the cost of return as legally this should be borne by the seller.0

I HATE EBAY!!! Don't you just hate companies that send you a standard response that does not answer the question. The escalate option is semi hidden. You have to click to add another response to the seller then it gives an option to escalate. Given how many con men operate via ebay you would think they would take it seriously. I will no longer use ebay. They react so slowly that its so easy to sell faulty and fake stuff via them.
I have bought alot of stuff from honest sellers but ebay gives to much protection to bad sellers!!0 -
GOD have you ever tried to contact ebay to hurry them along a little. Its so frustrating they take so long to act and then tell you you have 3 days to respond then 7 days to post back. It all removes consumer rights. On the plus point they have agreed with me that I will get a full refund and paid £5 towards postage. I had to pay just over £11 in postage. I am happy to have found parcelmonkey they are very cheap. The parcel was 20kg 35cm by 45cm and 1m tall. ebay told me after I returned the item they would tell them to refund. The item was returned 2 days ago and still no news of ebay telling them to refund. Don't get me wrong its good they do help but the whole concept that someone can sell faulty goods and hold onto the money for so long is so wrong. As is the putting the focus on the buyer having to jump hoops. Once It refunded I then need to go to paypal to withdrawl which will then again take several days. I wonder if all companies the same. For example how would google checkout handle?0

I am still waiting. ebay send a huge amount of automated email that really does not help. It does not update me simply remind me that I am still waiting for a refund.0

Still waiting. I was told 5 days ago I would have money in 3. I can only contact them by email and they take 2 days to respond with boiler plate replies that don't answer the question.0
