Oh what is going on - I seem to be having a right week! First that OK feedback now a negative .
On my dispatch notes because I wrap in the evening and post next day I thought I would be very honest and change them to read your parcel is wrapped ready for dispatch. Have done this for 6 months no probs in fact mostly glowing feedback - then this pedant comes along . Why do you wrap on one day and send on another? I thought it would have been sent by now, this 24 hours after purchase.
I sent it next day by first class - 4 days later it hasn't arrived!!! and he has negged me because he says it hasn't arrived in time for his daughters birthday. He has said that I took 3 days to post - it was a day and a half - how does he know when I posted if he hasn't got it? Other people in the same posting that were sent second class have got theres - I don't believe it. Sorry I am cross again!!!

Have you already left his feedback? If not neg him back for poor comms and no contact before leaving neg. Whats his feedback like? Is he claiming back through paypal? Let him then you say what you know - ie how does he know it took you that long to post if he hasnt received it?
If people want the item for a specific time they should notify the seller then they may post it special delivery - for an extra fee - otherwise they shouldnt bid!Weight Loss - 102lb0 -
I get very grumpy at people who expect me to magically get their items to them within minutes of payment. I am impatient for my items but even so would wait a week before even sending a polite email enquiring abou tmy item..anyone that negged me without any contact and so quickly would get a neg back straight back.

I am now starting to think that he is stalking me as he has emailed over 3 times since he left negative feedback. Does he not know that as he has left negative feedback I don't care. I have replied, but am also starting to think that he has problems as every e mail almost seems to be written by a different person each one getting more snotty. I will not be repliying to anymore of his email - do you think that is OK?
I have even sent him a copy of the proof of posting, but even though I have fulfilled my side of the bargain and the non delivery? is down to the royal mail he is still very unpleasant.0 -
 some buyers expect next day delivery! You wouldn't even get that if you bought from Argos online! If it was sent second class then it is likely to arrive any day. I send a lot of items second class, some get them within 2 days others take over a week
If he wanted it for his daughters birthday surely he should have emailed and asked for the cost to send it special delivery? I would not answer the snotty emails just ignore or report them to ebay for harrasing you! DFW no.630!

Personally I don't think this is about next day delivery or anything like it it's about intimidation - he's probably in my opinion had the parcel and this is all about getting you to refund - The daughters birthday and the 3 emails are all about you paying him to go away -
Could just be a grumpy git and very legitimate but it follows the pattern I've had a few times from this sort of scam
How did he pay and do you have POP ?0 -
Hi
I agree Blessings 3 I am sure he has had the parcel and is after a refund. I have got proof of posting a copy of which i have sent to him and he paid by paypal. I sent the item first class on tuesday and other people in the same posting have got theirs. I have negged him. The only thing that does make me wonder what is going on is the fact that he has already negged me. They usually hold the threat of negative.0 -
Everything I sell on Ebay gets sent special or signed for now just to cover my !!!!!
There are a lot of con artists out there.0 -
True re the neg - The only problem with POP is the new PO rule about the letter to the buyer for no recipt , if he is just grumpy he may ignore it.
Hope it wasn't for too much:eek:0 -
Well surprise, surprise I have had an email from the buyer saying they haven't received the item and want a refund of paypal amount.
it is only 9 days since posting, but if I explain that he won't take it in. I have already sent him proof of posting.
My instinct is stuff yourself do a chargeback I am not answering anymore of your emails, but my husband says as he upsets me maybe I should just refund him and be done with it.
Do the PO always write to buyers for non receipt, because I am sure that he won't reply.
What do you think - ignore him or paying him back to get rid.Or should I give him a replacement to call his bluff. Would paypal still do a chargeback if I sent him a replacement?
We knew this would happen I am sure he has the parcel.0 -
I would let it go to paypal for a dispute - though am afraid you may lose as they will ask you to prove that the item was delivered.
Have you kept all emails from the buyer? Dont delete them!Weight Loss - 102lb0
