Vodafone: Change to Int'l Roaming Data

Hi. A number of weeks ago Vodafone changed the cost of data while roaming in the USA.

It used to cost about £5/MB and was billing by a fraction of a kilobyte. Now it is billed as £3/MB but in whole MB increments.

I am a BlackBerry user and chose my phone/contract partially based on the international roaming charges because I spend a fair amount of time in the US. When I roam, I tend to use 50-200kb per day which worked out as £0.25-£1/day for international data. Now it will cost me £3/day.

Under what circumstances is Vodafone allowed to change their billing practices to customers during their contract period? What rights/options do I have to contest this change?

Thanks!
