Missing Payment with Three

Hi

My DD was due out of my bank Monday 10th Aug but due to being at work all weekend I couldn't get to a bank to deposit the money and so cancelled the DD and went to the bank on Monday, put the money in and called up to pay it.

It was paid and is showing up on my bank statement as a card payment for the bill amount. At the same time I asked for the DD to be set back up. Just called now as I've had a text saying the bill is overdue and they cannot find my payment or anything showing that my DD is set back up, all they can see is that I called in on Monday.

Can anyone advise what to do next? All of their call centres are based in India and I'm getting the same line over and over of that I've not made a payment and nobody can help.

I would make sure I have a payg sim to temporarily use just in case they cut you off while their accounting system plays catch up.
