Help, Buyer Demanding Refund

He sounds like a nightmare buyer, chances are slim I'll ever deal with him, but I'm adding him to my block bidder list anyway!
As far as I see it, you've done absolutely nothing wrong, I wouldn't send them back, the only thing to worry about him leaving you a neg, but that would be totally unjustified, and I think he'll be reluctant to do that in the knowledge that you can still easily leave him one in return.0 -
I suppose that could be a possibility Loafer hadnt thought of that one.
I think i am going to email him back telling him that they were as described in the auction and that i dont specify a refund policy especially for those that have simply changed there minds.
If he wants to neg me for it then so be it, i will just leave a factual neg in reply anybody with any common sense will see who the one in the wrong is.The Only Thing Men Can Do Right Is Get Everything Wrong

There might not be any difference between the contents of the DVDs, but if the buyer is a serious collector, then things like the edition matter. If the picture mislead (and I realise that this was not your intention and it was an ebay stock image), and the description didn't make a point of saying that these were the Granada editions, then I can see why a buyer might get upset...
However, the buyer does sounf like a !!!!!! from what you've posted! Toughie! Are you 100% certain they are NEtwork editions? Have you left him any rep yet? if not don't do anything (until they rep you!)April Grocery Challenge £81/£1200 -
If the buyer was so fuzzy and assuming he wanted a edition to add to his/her collection they should have asked before bidding.
Perhaps its best to have a disclairmer like shops do like box may vary from that displayed although contents are as described0 -
