    Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
Go to "Update" tab and select "Check for Updates". If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
Go to "Scanner" tab and select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.

Part of the Furniture 1,000 Posts Name Dropper Combo Breaker
Try Super anti-spyware http://www.superantispyware.com/, this worked for me when MBAM didn't.

Remember to run MBAM and Super in safe and normal modes, if they do not run, rename the program exe to something like fred.exe, the reason is that some of the trojans know the name of the programs that can remove it, so change the name defeats that.
