Nokia 5230 case and screen protector: recommendations?

Can anyone recommend a screen protector/cover that's reasonably priced and works OK? Doesn't need to look fancy - but does need to let me shove the phone in a bag without trashing it and use the screen without leaving it scratched and covered with gunk... Lots on e-bay etc. but hard to know what's good quality and what isn't.

I got both from play.com.
Case is a silicon type nokia original ( cannot post links, search for nokia cc-1003 on the play site ).
Screen protectors worked well but I cannot remember which ones I bought.
Should have said case only protects back & sides you will need a seperate screen protector.0 -
I had one from play.com for my 5800 it was crap and broke, they replaced it and that one broke as well, it was about £3.0

Thanks - have you tried this type of case from Play, then? http://www.play.com/Mobiles/Mobile/4-/14956571/Nokia-CC-1003-Silicone-Case-For-5230-Black/Product.html
Does it fit the phone tight enough? Looks like it has a pen-stylus holder, despite the 5230 not coming with one of those...
Are screen protectors for these basically like the plastic film that's over the screen when you buy the phone?0 -

Depends what you want it for and what you're expecting. I've found it fine for web (install Opera or similar - the browser it comes with is poor) GPS (download uptodate 'ovi' maps onto it to use when offline; you can also use google maps when online) etc. It does some neat things like letting you run and switch between multiple aps. It's cheap, too - mine was £80 PAYG including £10 calling credit and 6 months free web access.
There's no wifi and the screen - while OK as resistive screens go - isn't quite as responsive or as precise to touch as it could be. The version of the software it comes with is OK with a little tweaking, though not the most user-friendly I've used (I haven't got the update to work yet so can't say what the latest version is like). You'll need to budget for a microsdhc card to add to the phone if you don't have a spare one.
For the price, I think this is a decent option. An iphone, google nexus or HTC desire would be a better phone but cost much, much more.0 -
Thanks for your help, you can let me know after you get used to it,as I may need help, Thanks again,ps what is the sound like and could you use the web ? Mine is a monthly on the 3 network...0
