help with PPI reclaiming and bankruptcy

a friend has asked me if he is able to reclaim the ppi on his loans which have been paid in full and were not included in his bankruptcy, is it true that whatever money he comes into for a certain time period afterwards is still going to be taken up for his debts? if so how long is it after wards that this is the case?

Hi there

If your friend was mis sold the policy for any reason, he has the right to make a reclaim on the PPI anytime he likes.

But what I would do is also post a post about the debt part of it on the debtfreewannbe thread here:

I understand that there may have been many who have made reclaims who are dealing with old debt etc and post up on those threads.;)
