What do you expect from solicitors, accountants, people masquarading as accountants/solicitors, trainee accountacts/solicitors, people masquaraiding that they know the SOGA and consumer rights, etc that contribute to this forum ?

You have my sympathies. Do what I do and ignore them and do your own thing !

Hope you get a result.:):)

What's the deal with sirmarcus then?

Practically every post of his I read involve him dishing out the contact details of some company's CEO! :rotfl:

Don't listen to this. As I advised before, escalate and complain to Stuart Rose, Chief Executive M&S via sending him an email to stuart.rose@marks-and-spencer.com.

If Argos persist with their stance, escalate and complain to Sara Weller, Argos Managing Director via sending an email to sara.weller@argos.co.uk.

Escalate and complain to Terry Duddy, Chief Executive, Home Retail Group (Argos and Homebase) via sending email to terry.duddy@homeretailgroup.com.

Graham Parr ie Executive Chairman at graham.parr@pontins.com (graham.parr@pontins.com); Julie Henderson is the chairman's PA at julie.henderson@pontins.com (julie.henderson@pontins.com) and Suzanne...
And his email address is marc.bolland@marks-and-spencer.com.

Escalate and complain to Dave Forsey, Sports Direct Chief Executive via sending him an email at Dave.Forsey@sportsdirect.com.

Suggest that you escalate and complain to Ian Livingston, Chief Executive BT Group by sending him an email at ian.livingston@bt.com.

Suggest that you esclate and complain to Ronan Dunne, O2 Chief Executive via sending him an email to ronan.dunne@o2.com.

Possibly he believes that the CEO will atone for the failings of others?

In some cases it works. I'd spent a couple of days trying to make T Mobile see sense over something (we signed up to a sim only contract for DS costing £15 PM only the day the contract should have become live it didnt. After chasing T Mob said they had made a mistake and refused to honour the contract).

Someone on here gave me the CEO's email, I had a phone call the next morning from T Mob apologising for the error and telling me they would now honour the contract afterall.

Its worth the couple of minutes it takes to send an email.
• Alas oh tear pull one, is what you say and how you say it that gets results, firing off ad infinitum only discourages others
