Advice needed please, what else can I do???

Due to both non constructive responses and lack of knowledge in some parts I have withdrawn this post from the forum.

They are just expensive tyres, always have been!

And yes main dealer prices, since the cheapest I can get them for is £554 but still a lot of money for something I feel should be resolved by the dealer.

How many miles have you done between buying and now......surely the mileage done in between would prove that it hadn't been your miles that had caused this?

I completely agree, and this was my side of the arguement. The degradation of the tyres happens over a period of time months and even years. Most common in vehicles that have been standing for long periods outside i.e. Caravans.

I put this to Citroen UK but they kept stating it would difficult for me to prove.
I think the opposite, I think it would be easy to prove that these tyres 'could not' have weathered like this in the 2 weeks since buying the car.

Thanks you for the above reply, I know that Linda Jackson is the new MD for Citroen UK but so far I have been unable to find a direct contact for her.
