help on re entry error message on samsung j700

please help it's driving me insane:mad: and i don't know what to do ( ie: middle aged woman who knows nothing about mobiles:o ) my mobiles a samsung SGH/ j700I-T MOBILE PAYG almost ( not always ) everytime i text someone i get this message ( error re entry ) sometimes it takes an age to go through CAN ANYONE SHED ANY LIGHT ON THIS? rang tesco mobile he did not seem to know what it was.. great help:( . thank you all in advance x x p.s cleaned sim to no avail

Ok, if it doesn't always happen, are there some numbers that it never happens to? what happens after the error? Are you taken back to the home screen, returned to what you were doing?

Try calling Tesco again, but from the sound of it, the phone might have to go away to be tested for errors

hi, thank you for helping, i can text my dil, my o/h sister and it can happen to any text i do, i just have to keep pressing re- entry and it goes through in the end but it drives you mad. the last phone i had from tesco developed faults as well, so ended up buying this one now sounds like i have to send it back to be tested or just buy another new one agggggggggggggggg i will try ringing samsung and see what they say but cannot do it for a couple of days as i have g/children coming to stay. thank you again thatsean x x x
