one month broadband ASAP

Hi, i have been peeed about by sky....as we needed a tv, broadband and phone package which they said they could do....but now that i've bought the sky tv, they say, broadband can't be done for another 5 weeks......so we really need broadband in the meantime..as my housemate's job depends on internet access


any ideas?

  • Internet cafe or friends/family seems to be the only option. Your not going to be able to get broadband for just a month, as most require a minimum 12 month contract. Plus it takes time (min 10 days) to set up your line.

    There is another option, you could always use dial up until your line is activated
  • looks as though there might be a few monthly deals here but i should check as u might have to pay to either leave or join

    For a month deal you will have to pay for activation or for leaving theres no way around that.

    Id recommend Zen myself as they dont mess about and will get broadband on your line for you asap.

    Not the cheapest about but you get what you pay for.

  • freeola + ukfsn offerse 1 months contract too. they're both from a comp called entanet, with very decent reputation in terms of CS, speed and reliability. There is a 3 months trial for freeola. go to their website and have a look :)
