How long from Sky Box Office- Normal movie channels?

Is there a set time or even an educated guess at how long it takes for the films to reach the 'normal' Sky channels?
Probably posted in the wrong place but thought someone may know. Some decent films have been on B.O in the last couple of months but there is no way I would give these greedy ****s money for that aswell!
Also how much extra does it cost to have the film channels, I've always had them and sports and I think they more or less make you have both rather than one or the other, as it 'only' costs an extra say £9 to add movies if you have Sports rather than the usual £17 odd.
Thanks hope someone can help

It varies from distributer to distributer and what deal Sky can do. Sky want it on the Movie channels as quick is possible but of course the distributers want to make money from the DVD sales. As such big budget blockbusters will probably take longer so to maximise DVD and BluRay sales. So although it looks like another way for Sky to make money (and i'm sure it does that is what there are in business for after all) it was actually the only way they could bring films to customers quicker by effectively renting the film to customers much like blockbusters/lovefilm etc.0

Yeah that is understandable. It seems they sometimes get them within a few months and then another big one will take a bit longer. Want Harry Brown/Hangover etc to come on. All on Box Office about two/three months ago0
