dont know when they will take the money however what ever happens dont spend the money thinking they have forgotten as when they remember you will still be liable to pay them the moneyDrop a brand challenge
on a £100 shop you might on average get 70 items save
10p per product = £7 a week ~ £28 a month
20p per product = £14 a week ~ £56 a month
30p per product = £21 a week ~ £84 a month (or in other words one weeks shoping at the new price)0 -
1 week ago today... so it was on 3rd august correct?
From what I remember of Virgin, they bill the first 'part' month and the first whole month, including any installation charges, on the 1st of the whole month. Which if you're then paying by direct debit, gets paid around the early 20s of the month.
i.e. in your case, billed on 1st September, paid by DD on ~22nd September.
it just so happens that your 'part' month is almost a whole month.
Are you signed up to online billing rather than paper billing? You'll be able to see when there's going to take it there.
Can anyone confirm if that's right? It's just what I remember from my experience...Excuse any mis-spelt replies, there's probably a cat sat on the keyboard0 -
Just checked my bills - installed 7th May first DD collection 28 May which included the install charge.0

Very rare to find people on here complaining that VM haven't taken their money-it's usually exactly the opposite...No free lunch, and no free laptop

Ah well I didn't mention it in the previous post but they also charged me £20 for a usb wifi adapter I didn't ask for and didn't want which they sent in error with the router....

They did refund it though and said keep the adapter.0
