Car headsets for iphone 4

Can anyone help me - im looking for some good - cheap bluetooth headsets for in the cars - what works with the iphone 4? We dont want to use just the ear piece cheap handsfree kit - we need bluetooth - any suggestions would be great!

Ive a Jawbone prime, not cheap but very very good at noise reduction.

I also have an old Motorola one that works fine with the iPhone but the battery life is abysmal and often only makes a week on standby hence the jawbone replaced it.

I also have Motorola speaker thing (makes it more like a small conferencecall unit) again works fine. Almost any reputable brands bluetooth headset will work.
