Best offer to transfer to Talk Talk?

I am thinking of transferring my Orange dial-up account to Talk Talk's, 'Talk 3' package. The offers I've seen so far are:

Quidco: £15 cashback
British Gas (if you have an account with them): no call plan charge for first 3 months = £26.97

Are there any better ones out there?

Yes and no. The way I see it is that angry people will complain and post more feedback than people who are satisfied. There has been quite a bit of feedback, but there agian I've seen other surveys which suggest that Talk Talk is no better or worse than the other big players in the market.

To me Talk Talk's offer is darned good, but sure there is that element of risk. However even though I might sign up to an 18 month contract, there has got to be someting in law which allows a customer to pull out if the firm is not providing the service they are contractually supposed to provide. Easier said than done, though I hear you say.
