    Didn't see that particularly survey, however MSE are increasingly clutching at straws for content as most websites do, with an increase in hypothetical as opposed to factual reporting.

    It's losing its way, the forum is the only part of it worth using, for the tips you get from fellow posters.

    For those of you obsessed with house prices, this entire forum is pornography. Asheron has his own goldbug !!!!!! sites to visit. Hamish gets off on any news thread suggesting a boom in house prices in Aberdeen or whatever godforsaken marginal town it is he owns a shack.

    And so it goes on.

    Perhaps you have to click the "Only Free" option on there to be MSE.

    Isn't it a big industry making up an appreciable share of expenditure? I wonder if Martin is researching a MSE guide to getting best value as we speak? Are there any price comparison websites?! Is it time to ditch and switch? Are there online scammers who pump and dump?

    And there wasn't a poll option for 'my wife and I earn a good living from youporn'.
