No 3 Coverage!

Hi all,

I have an 18mth contract with three, Im around 8 mths into it at the minute, Ive never really had a problem with them until recently as Ive moved house, I get no coverage whatsoever at my new home. Ive been on with them for weeks about this and they are stating there aren't any problems with the masts etc in my area, do you know if I can cancel my contract on these grounds? I have to drive a mile or so outside my area before I get any signal!

Thanks in advance

Sorry but I very much doubt it.

In all honesty, it's not the fault of 3 that you moved and get no signal.

Best to ring them and try and appeal to their better side which, when it comes to getting out of a contract will not exist.

  • Errr..... Why is it their fault that you moved house?
In the beginning, the universe was created. This made a lot of people very angry and was widely regarded as a bad move.

surely if you are paying for a service which does not work, you are entitled to some sort of recompense.
  • There was a similar thread recently about another network. The fact is that you moving house has nothing to do with the network as it is a factor they have no control over. If you lost your driving licence would you expect to get out of a credit agreement for a car?

If the service stopped working where you took it out, yes.

If you move, you've changed the terms for the agreement, therefore you've no grounds for any recompense. No networks guarantees coverage everywhere.
