Hi,
Does anybody know of any current offers for top up tv?
Currently I only have tvs with the CAM slot, no other equipment.
I am mainly considering getting it to watch sport.
Thanks for any help.

You need a specific topup tv box to get the full service. It will not work with any old set top box0 -
Sort of found what I was looking for myself.

As far as I can make out, I have got a freeview tv with a CAM card slot, so I would only need the CAM card if I wanted to just watch the sports channels.
But IMO, top up tv looks very overpriced. I am currently on Virgin for phone & bb, I think I will wait til my current contract ends and see how much it would cost to add the tv with sports on too.
From the looks of things it would probably be cheaper to get phone, bb & tv from virgin, rather than get top up tv.0 -
It's rubbish, you can't watch it all,it sends certain programmes to your box to watch,it's not live tv0

You can only watch ESPN, G.O.L.D and Home using a CAM. The latter two cost £2.00 per month extra in addition to ESPN. To watch Sky Sports 1 and 2, you will need a TopUp TV box - this is not TUTV being awkward, it is a rule laid down by Sky due to encryption security concerns.0

I definitely won't bother with it now then.0
