I've just got mine today via Running Bare, only ordered Sunday, free delivery and 6% cashback from Quidco too! Walkstar 3 in Bronze. I'm a large size 9/43 with wide feet, plus they're swollen at moment and they fit fine. Can't wait to try them as I have achillies problems and normal flip flops not good for me as too flat.

  • The toe post should only be a problem for a wee while. I only had the problem for a day with my Skechers Tone ups. My Electra FitFliops took a bit longer, so I bought a pair of Scholl gel toe post guards. Problem solved.

Today I ordered Walkstar 3 Jelly Lemon in store in Boots. It took ages to sort out as the till was being silly and wouldn't show the pair I wanted. I landed up using my iPhone and finding them on the Boots website. That way I had the item number. Then the till wouldn't accept "deliver to store" . Eventually we started again.

After paying £30 I handed over
200 pts for £30 spend from ACM
250 pts for £30 spend from last mailing
150 pts for £25 spend from ACM (that just happened to jump out from my son's card, but the till accepted it)
Finally a double pts voucher making 240 pts instead of 120.

So I got £8.40 back in points making the FitFlops £21.60

I was quite happy with that :)
  • Have just received my fitflops today. Done the 20-30 brisk step test. Should your heels be totally 'glued' to the fitflop whilst walking? Mine rises up a little but not hugely.

If your heel is glued to the sole of the fitflop, I'd say you have extremely strong toes!

For those who, like me, can't stand wearing toe -post shoes,

I recently bought (from ebay) a pair of Skechers Tone Ups in 'Killa' style.

    Photo here: http://www.purefootwear.co.uk/product.asp?pf_id=21099&src=GBASE

They are extremely comfy and there was no need to even break them in.

After wearing for a few hours, I could feel the workout in my legs and bum!:o

Think the style is being discontinued but there are some to be found via the internet still.

yes, there not to bad, also, i have just seen the fitflops mukluk boots, very simular. no price on the the sketchers black fur boots tho, whalst looking, i have also fallen in love with fitflops rebel in black......

I have some of these and they are gorgeous! You dont need to wear socks with them and they are sheepskin lines so they are lovely to the touch, and keep your feet soooo warm!

It is rumoured this year that fitflop will release boots in leather rather than suede. For me these have been a life saver as I have dodgy knees and my feet have a rendancy to encourage me to walk on the inside of the sole - these dont allow me to do that so I walk more and am in much less pain.

Today I have tried on fitflops Electra and the skechers tone ups in the sequinned style - I found the fitflops to be wider so am going to treat myself to some! Just need to find a cheap offer now.
