Fitflops different colours and styles for cheap

Well as title says I have found two places that are selling fitflops cheap.

The first place is 'treds' where they are selling them for either £29.99 or £34.99 with different styles.

The second place was 'jones' the shoe shop they had lots of different styles but they seemed to be £34.99-£39.99 so bit more but obviously if u have no 'treds' near you then still pretty cheap plus u can try them on :). Hth

makro had the fitflop walkstar for I think 29.99 plus vat starting today but when I tried them on I found they were far too narrow for people with wide feet like me.
Does anyone know of a similar product which fits those of us with wide feet?

Not sure how they compare to fit-flops width wise but Sketchers 'tone-ups' seem pretty wide to me. They are fantastic and really work your muscles. I've had mine for about 6 weeks and the difference in tone in my legs is noticeable. I have worn them almost every day - they are great!
  • After reading good things on here about them, being a cheapskate, bought the avon ones for £10.00, I have wide feet so my correct shoe size fitted well, didn't go a size down as some recommended, these are so comfy, not as attractive as more expensive ones but think they are doing something for my tree trunk legs, in fact tried wearing shoes after while shopping and noticed the difference big time in comfort!

They do a 'shape-up' boot but really pricey! (over £100) I was thinking of maybe trying a trainer for the cold months as they are not as expensive. Really reluctant to stop wearing them now!

I have massively wide feet, think they are a J or K width, I have been wearing fitflops since last summer and they are great, you just need to go up a size or half a size. Wearing a slightly larger size has been no problem, and I cannot recomend these shoes enough, they are so comfy. I got the bronze walkstar ones last year, which cost me £45 from running bare.

I got mine with my Boots Advatage points, sort of a freebie (but now means I'm re-saving for everyones Xmas present this year!)

I have wide feet, I have always had wide feet. Strappy sandles are out because my feet do not fit, when at school, even Clarkes would have to order in my shoe width as they were too wide for the store to have in stock just like that.

I used to be in Birkenstocks but feel Fitflops look so much better for my style, they also mean I can walk for much longer without calf strain. I find though that some styles are wider then others. The Electra styles are a bit wider then the Oasis for example, not sure why this is but may be worth trying other sizes out.

I started with Skechers Tone ups. They have 1 style with buckle fastening and ideal for wide feet. I have hardly had these off my feet since I bought them. They are so comfy. But I also found that the Fit Flops Elektra give a little. I even wore my bronze ones at my daughter's wedding reception. By that time I could not even stand in my posh heels. :)

Jenniewb, I got my FitFlops with Boots points too. I'm now looking at the cheapest way of getting the yellow jelly ones, with assorted points vouchers. But if the sequined ones are slightly wider than others maybe they won't fit. I suppose I can return them if they are too tight.

[BTW you do all know that they don't really tone your calves/remove cellulite/drop a stone/help asthma/cure cancer/lead to world peace???][/QUOTE]

I am living proof that they can and do tone your legs!! As I said in my earlier post they have made a noticeable difference to the whole of my legs (especially noticeable at ankle and calf) and I have only worn them for 6 weeks. I don't know if they work for everyone but they most certainly have for me!:T
