    Alternatively try a pair of 99p flip-flops.

[BTW you do all know that they don't really tone your calves/remove cellulite/drop a stone/help asthma/cure cancer/lead to world peace???]
    Really!?

I agree BUT my wife has a pair and yes there is a difference, but the main difference I think is she is walking far more! She's off round the park, walk to the shops etc all because she wants to give the flit flops a chance.

and thanks to the flit flops her skin has improved:rotfl: ( more fresh air :T)

LOL, well if it encourages walking in the fresh air it can only be a good thing :)
I havent done anything different than I usually would so I am convinced it is the tone-up's. The first couple of days my calves were really sore like I'd been for a bike ride or run.
I actually have my slim ankles back and I'm really pleased. Just need to find some trainers or boots now so it acan continue into the winter.

Like others have said anyone know of any good offers for winter styles? Closed toe? Trainers? Boots, etc?? Post any links for good offers please :)

Skechers do trainers called shape ups, but they appear to be around the £90 mark so not cheap. Sports Direct have a cheaper alternative but not as pretty:

I also have fairly wide feet so am off to my local Sports Direct this evening to try the Skechers Tone Ups if they have any in stock!

Actually, when I saw the back of them with the huge logo I changed my mind! And managed to delete my post instead of editing!! Think I will keep my fingers crossed for an Indian summer instead! :rotfl:

The price of the black fur boots is £50 according to the menu page which has the linky on post #22
