brit thats a very intresting article. its well worth a second read0 -
Brit - how low do have prices have to go before you will buy? You have already wasted three years waiting, this time could have been spent paying down the mortgage rather then rent?
I only ask because I fear your obsession for 'half price houses' will mean you never enjoy home ownership.
I don't know, maybe when prices get to an affordable level. See when you can't afford something you have to wait and save.:exclamatiScams - Shared Equity, Shared Ownership, Newbuy, Firstbuy and Help to Buy.

As Micheline Roquebrune would say 'never say never again'
I would never say house prices won't fall.
I do however believe that over the long term, house prices will rise
We are still wading through the waters and it can be tough and tiring, but I think the tide is easing and it will get better.:wall:

House prices are falling fast in the city of Lincoln. I live in a rented house in a "desirable" area, the houses tend to go SSTC here a little quicker than elsewhere in Lincoln but then most of them become available again after 3-6 weeks.
I'm taking it very easy with my house viewings. The longer I take the cheaper the houses become. Marvelous.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -
