Electric shock from my washing machine drum - Advice please

I have called hotpoint who are sending out an engineer next week, so hopefully they will be able to fix it.
There will be no charge if they cannot repair it & if they, I pay £16 a month for 10 months & if the machine breaks down within a year i get a new one & i can renew the policy each year.
Thanks for everyones help on this matter.
Kind regards0 -
good they are coming to fix it although the ongoing insurance sounds very expensive
I still think that after only 15 months they should be fixing it for free under SOG0
