I'm on currently on o2 they only support 3 way calls on their iphone tariff.
I don't have an iphone but my phone supports this feature.
What networks offer 3 way calling?
Is there away to get 3 way calls on o2?

Not if the O2 network doesn't physical support it, no.

It 'tends' to be a business feature rather than a consumer. Some networks refer to it a conference calling

O2 do support it on their iphone tariff and I have read elsewhere on the net people with the iphone tariff have put their sim card in another phone and it has worked on that phone as well therefore it is physical possible they are just not allowing it unless you have an iphone tariff.

    There's also 03 talk

Find it very reliable and it's free (uses inclusive minutes)

if you have a data plan and a smartphone then use apps like skype / fring / WLM / Yahoo etc for conferencing.

on skype you can conference upto 24 people at a time (landline / computers / mobiles or any combination of the three). i have had 4way conference calls on skype with people on landlines / computers / mobiles etc on many occassions and it works fine. see if this is an option for you. on networks like three skype doesnt not count for minutes or data.

Thanks! These are all great suggestions.
But none of these let you use the call hold / merge function that is on the phone.
    Any ideas?
