me and my mum stopped for a toilet break on the way back from milton keynes last night, and at this particular service station I noticed they were charging a whopping £3.99 for a ginster's sandwich. The fillings didn't even look that special either, just egg or chicken salad, it's ludicrous..:T Hail Kipper, and hail fluffynit for their endless hard work on the competitions board!:T0

With the Airport comment about not being able to take water through security and retailers charging what they like, I can tell you this is not true.
I work in an airport and the prices have not changed. They were high anyway, this is due to the fact most traders have to pay 25% of their takings to the airport as rent. That is why you will never see a Tesco express, Sainburys version or any other cheap supermarket in an airport.0 -
We were in England on holiday this year & a friend of ours there lent us a book called "The Great Motorway Secret" (can't remember who wrote it, sorry) that tells you where there are superstores close to motorway junctions that have all the services like petrol, cafe, toilets, etc. It saved us a fortune.0
