Bank customer obtains default judgment against bank!!!

    Yep. They knew they had me over a barrel as I had to get the money out that same day.

    I'd have throught that about £10-30 would be the normal charge for a draft, so did someone make an error, or was some other service included in the £300?


    Have you actuallyspoken ti someone in authorityat the bank for a full explanation. Most certainly I, who worked in the industry, would not accept anything from a clerk these days.

    I've also had a default judgement against marbles granted :) It was issued last Thursday so I'm expecting to hear from them tomorrow :)
    Divorce all finished- now to start saving for a better future!
