Tesco Mobile Voicemail

Does anyone know how to turn off Tesco voicemail on pay monthly? I've checked the website and can only find the number 2915 to turn it off, however this only works on PAYG mobiles and not pay monthly.

    Hi Spike87 - that's odd as I turned off voicemail on my Tesco mobile last night just by ringing 2915. Do you get a message saying it doesn't work?

    How strange - I just tried again and it worked! Last night it basically said this number is not recognized. Well that seems to be sorted then!

    There should be a pre-set number ib your contact list to turn voicemail on/off.
    I turned of my son's voicemail this morning using it.
