aghhhhhhhh phone repair

Hubby had problems with his 6 week old blackberry, was not conencting to interent. This was not a problem with service as I alos have bb and mine was fine.

Took it back to shop and tehy sent it away for repair, after 2 weeks he got a " new " phone from repair centre at BB , we think this was a reconditioned one. Got it home and it would not recognise memory card, tried mine it it still not working. Put hubbys card in mine worked fine. Also another problem with it as it was constantly clicking as if you where using the ball on it.

Went back to shop again and they said they woudl send the " new" one off, and ask for another new one.

Now this is coming up to 4 weeks without his phone, where does he stand with this ? He is getting really p*ssed off about it.

What network's it on? They should be able to give you an update if you call them

we have checked and phone is still at repair centre , it was bought at CPW.

It's a 2 year gaurentee and they will fix it but so frustaing to have bought a phone , worked for less than 8 weeks and now been without a phone for almost 4 weeks. Just spoke to manager in shop and he says all they can do is wait on repair coming back...AGAIN and really fills me with confidence when he siad " make sure it works this time "

They cannot even chase it up as no way of contacting repair department,
