Third replacment phone on Orange. What now?

with reference to the supply of goods act 1982 DOES apply, im having big probs with ORANGE and a iphone, after contacting consumer direct on a few occasions the advice given is correct.

more so that trading standards are now involved as the network company are failing to comply with the suuply of goods and sales act that it is an OFFENCE as there restricting my statorory rights and the trading standards are taken this seriously that the company could be fined!!! so please dont get fobbed off ny network companies that state it doesnt apply

Cheers wiggles. Il give them a call tomorrow anyway. It seems the iphone grass is not always greener.!!!
please let me know what orange say when you talk to them as i have mentioned it in an non threatening manner and the girl just said sorry i cant do anything!

awell alex you can call ofcom and lodge a complaint and they will give you a case ref number and the contact number for the exectutive office in orange, mind you i got no joy out of them (executive office)either or you could try emailing the chief executive of orange at [EMAIL="Tom.alexander@orange.co.uk"]Tom.alexander@orange.co.uk[/EMAIL] ORRRRRRRRR (lol) you can call CISAS 0n 0207 520 3827...........oh yes ive been a busy bee trying to get what i deserve ....
