Afternoon all Sunny here today hoorah :T:T. Just got back from a lovely day out with the twins. First we went to Harlow Carr Gardens and then we went for a pub lunch. I got a ploughmans which was huge so I brought the pork pie and a hunk of cheese home with me :D. The twins were a bit dispapointed with the bush craft activities at Harlow Car. They were expecting den builing and fire making but it was more making flowers out of twigs:rotfl::rotfl:.

Left OH in charge of stripping the bed and putting it into wash and he has actually manged it and pegged out too!!! I getting him trained gradually. He didn't do the kids' beds but nevermind, it's still progress ;)
Twins, twice the laughs, twice the fun, twice the mess!:j:j

Courgette cake eaten and loved! Moon gave high praise, saying it was excellent! Will definitely be baking another one. It was really moist and light with a caramelised crunchy outside, and didn't taste of courgettes - it has an almost very mild aniseed aftertaste. nom nom! Moon wanted another slice after his.

Got to wrap my dad's b'day pressies now, and then we're heading over there with them. It's his B'day tomorrow.
Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.

This afternoon I have achieved the following

batch cooked tomato sauce for freezing x4 portions
batch cooked lamb curry x4-6 portions when I divide it up in a few mins

Washed the outside windows and doors
Tidied the garden up quite a bit and fed all the plants

Walked the dog for 2 miles

Feeling quite tired now so tea and beebs for me and catch you all on the new thread next week as I try to achieve at least 2 rooms in the week instead of dwelling on feeling lonely and fedup

Am aiming for at least 4 runs this week in the morning to increase from 3 now and tomorrow should reach my first target of running achievement of 3miles
final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333

Had a great time starting tidying the front garden. It has been a bit neglected this year so needs loads doing but the little stretch I've done looks great.

DH has finished painting the garage so that is all clean, a lovely colour and not held up by rotten wood anymore. He has started on painting the kids den now.

    DS2 did the DW
DS1 has done the grass and helped with sweeping up in the garden.

Time to get the ironing board out before I loose the will.

Oh and need to get the outside table cloth in which now has a big burn in it where it caught on the citronella candle earlier - I need to find some fabric with a big flower on to cut out as some appliqu!.
